Welcome to our transformative 12-week course designed to foster a holistic approach to wellness. Starting September 14, 2024, this hybrid program (alternating between in-person and virtual sessions) is tailored for adults aged 18 and over, aiming to build a solid foundation for physical and mental well-being.
Our goal is to equip participants with essential tools and strategies to enhance self-awareness, autonomy, and mindfulness. By tracking and interpreting feelings, thoughts, habits, and diet, we help individuals lay the groundwork for long-term health and success.

The 12-week course is structured to guide participants through a comprehensive journey of wellness and self-improvement. Starting with an introduction to course objectives and personal goal setting, the sessions progressively delve into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles and their practical applications. Participants will explore mindful eating, set SMART goals, and build effective self-care routines.
The course also covers habit tracking, the impact of fad diets, and balancing social media use. Additional highlights include a potential expert session on sleep and strategies for maintaining progress. Each session is designed to build on the last, ensuring a holistic approach to emotional and physical well-being
